Character Description
Jase is rich and powerful and he knows it. He's the mayor of Diegoltun and the head of its business. He's a good businessman and likes to have parties and share his wealth with those within his circle. However he doesn't care much for the problems of the general public and his loyalty is flippant. He has a short fuse but he's very aware of his public image. Jase literally carries a bag of tricks with him wherever he goes and beneath everything he's rather racist.

Personality
Jase uns Diegoltun like a business. He has little time for issues regarding normal people and their lives and instead likes to please his doting aristocrat yes men. That's not to say he doesn't care but in every argument Jase comes first. He likes fast cars, women and acts of questionable legality but moreover he likes to treat his fellow men to the same. A real party animal but capable of being very empathetic when he needs to be he's a fun friend but his loyalty is rather unstable. He had reckless abandon for the rules but always behind closed doors. He is very much aware of his public image and he lies like a politician. Money is close to his heart and people are tools and he knows how to control both well. He's also very business savvy and knows how to make a success and spot good opportunities. He's the person everyone wants to be near but his temper can be shocking. In fact it's his one weakness, sooner or later he's gonna make an irreversable mistake and look bad publicly.

Likes being adored, being obeyed and being pampered, dislikes slander, rivals and having to bribe people.
Background/History
Jase's father Michael always had high aspirations for his son and sent him to political college so that one day he'd be the mayor of Olrit. However when Jase ran for office he was in competition with two of his cousins. Since they were already established leaders, Jase being a third party stood no chance. However Jase had a vision to make one of the surrounding settlements around Olrit into an even more prosperous city than Olrit. He picked Diegoltun from a name in a hat and set out there but found another Gobbuck campaigning for mayor. Jason beat him in the election and became mayor in 2552. He immediately set about renovating the town and grew it into a bustling metropolis. Every development and success in Diegoltun's businesses can be accredited to the actions of Jason himself. Who needs Olrit.
Relatives/Family
The Gobbuck family are local to Monsterville but most live far away in Mamon. Jase is from an offshoot of the family that spread progressively outward from Mamon until it reached Olrit. There are many Gobbucks in Olrit but Jase's immediate family run the dock area. His father is a wealthy business man who owns a fishing trade there.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.

Jase is overweight with sagging jowls, brown eyes and a very short haircut of brown hair.
Clothing
Jase wears dark grey suit pants, a white shirt, black tie, brown suit jacket and white shoes that are a mix between smart shoes and trainers.
Accessories
Jase often carries a suitcase around with him that contains important papers in a folder bag inside. The case also has a built in portal to a cabinet at his house filled with useful equipment at the back.
