Character Description
Francine runs the thrift store with Berthe Morisot. In their spare time the like to go down to the beech to find ores and mineral stones which they sell to the smithy or garbage which they turn into collectible knickknacks which they sell at the store. Francine is very comfortable in her own skin and is very friendship focused. She's a breath of fresh air but she can also pull her own weight.
Personality
Francine is very bubbly and energetic. She's often bored and can usually be found doing something, usually a physical task. Of the more emotional characters she's probably the most stable and calm and is almost always happy. She may be impatient but she's also considerate and well aware of her own short comings. Often she can be mistaken for ignoring people if she's busy working but Frankie is strongly people focused and is always listening. She always has some sort of news she's willing to tell but she never says anything that might hurt someone's feelings. She has a moral code but wont hate people for having a different philosophy. Driven but stable she's good at getting things done but never isolates anyone in the process. Unlike other energetic people she's not clumsy or careless and is actually rather good at planning ahead. She's hardly ever sad but she can be capable of deep suppressed anger. She's very observant and her morale is unshakable and inspiring to all.

likes being around her friends and finding new and interesting things, dislikes not having anything to do and people crying.
Background/History
Francine grew up in the harbor in Olrit with her parents but later moved house to Diegoltun harbor. Her parents were part of the fishing trade and expected Francine to do the same but Frankie found it boring. One day Frankie met Berthe Morisot at the beech and heard about her plans to own a thrift store and decided to join her. At first the store wasn't very successful and Frankie worked extra hard at the harbor to make the money to keep it going but just as planned the items and customers steadily grew and now it's a rather successful business.
Relatives/Family
Frankie's parents live in Diegoltun harbor. She also has a cousin that still lives in Olrit that she's close to. Frankie's parents are a little disappointed that she didn't carry on the family business but they are happy that she's stable and happy anyway.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
Frankie has a seal-like body with grey fur and a fin on her otter-like tail. She has otter-like hands and feet with webbing between her digits. She has small pointed ears on the sides of her head and white fur on her front and on her mussel. She has blue hair in an upturned fringe, blue eyes, blue inside her mouth and inside her ears.
Clothing
Frankie wears a dark brown furry gloves, boots, crop top and hot pants combo known as an ugg suit. It's the height of fashion around Monsterville at the moment especially among young adults. Francine is very fashion conscious.
Accessories
Frankie often has a fashionable blue rucksack on her back which she keeps useful things in like crafting tools, a baseball bat for protection and her metal detector for example. It can also carry a folding bike, which she uses to get around when she's not being taken somewhere by someone else.
