Lady Goat was an experimental character that i kept as close to Sonic Boom as possible for fear of going way out and missing the next ring in the big ring grab of character making.
Her supposed history (the one I was going to go with) was that she was going to be Kashina's apprentice that got herself captured by Star Fleet for being a ninja and was like Blueberry a sucky ninja who would of wielded crappy gear and not very good at her job.
She was ultimately traded for the second inductee of the Hall of Fame, Kashina.
