Its a small low quality image yes but its a piece of my child-hood. I made this character up a long time ago and this was his symbol. Obviously based on The Laughing-man from GITS and set in post Laughing-man post political separation from The American Empire in the GITS universe. Not furry but its something I made. The inscription says "I hate and fear what's wrong, but not willing to give up everything to be what's right." if animated the words would spin like The Laughing-man's symbol and the tears would look like they were falling.
The Laughing-man symbol and said concept is Copyright, Masamune Shirow, Kenji Kamiyama, and Production IG. This is a parody image and is not being used to make any form of money.
