I know what cel artwork is.. ;)
but there are a lot of different kinds of animations.. good ones and (really) bad ones.. XD
and I can't say if it is good or not.. I drew that.. so.... nah.. nevermind.. I say thanks and that's it.. :)

But yes, for future reference, when I say someone's art looks like cel artwork, that IS a compliment.
