In emergencies like this, I used to take the 22 cards of the Major Arcana and do a quick 3-card reading to find out how to rescue the ship. A few swift kicks from a certain Klingon got me out of that habit, I can tell you... now it's, get to the station, brace for impact, and don't piss off the Klingon.
