You gotta make sure air hits your taste buds when you try spicy before saying it ain't spicy.  and unless I'm in a wing joint or an Indian restaurant, I'm like 'I asked for spicy, why isn't this spicy?'  I love Sriracha, and when I was in Palm Beach, the Four Seasons had 911 sauce.  half a teaspoon was enough for my whole breakfast, and it was perfect.  I just don't like the salt and vinegar in Tabasco, and I only don't drink it because it's salt and vinegar.  The heat of Tabasco is nothing.

after I got sick for a week once because I had some way too spicy food when I was a teenager, I take everything about spicy seriously.
