the first one: MiniJeff doesn't really do so well names so he often gives nicknames to folks. as he floats with his little balloon he happens to pass by Erica. Unable to know her name he simply names her based on an observation.
As for Erica, well this is the strangest thing she ever saw, to her, it looked like a rad potato with arms and legs floated on a balloon....she must be working too hard.
This was ACTUALLY based on an observation I had >w> I always figured her hair looked like a bird's plumage, lol. Personally I like that XD
