I imagine that Disney animators are very busy with long hours, projects, and maybe freelance work, so they may not have time to work on personal projects, let alone NSFW furry stuff. (I could be wrong though)
That said, I'm sure some of them do browse inkbunny or e621 and "enjoy" erotic furry art, just as a lot of them enjoy regular porn. We're all human and we all have our fetishes. I'm just not sure that a lot of them are active when it comes to posting and stuff since they may be too busy.
As far as getting "caught," I don't think it'd be a big deal. Personal art is personal art, and as long as it isn't easily searchable on the internet and didn't interfere with their professional work, I'd think that it wouldn't matter.
