Heheh thankies I actually wasn't sure at first with her colors lol
Anyways yeah she's actually rich because of it but since she rarely wants any material needs (aside from a few items) she just hires people to shape these gems into beautiful statues or random shapes she likes like stars,pyramids etc
As for food she buys it with her riches sometimes.(she's a bit worried of killing innocent feral looking animals)

Ah, that's neat Favoring amethyst is kind of a good thing, as it's one of the more common gems it's not worth as much as most other gems It's like if we ate our money we'd be eating nickels and dimes

i would say that that's a dangerous taste, as amethyst stars if i remember correctly have some crazy side effects, but being a dragon probably nullifies them

Well not to give any "spoilers" for a future series I'm doing but the amethyst star (in my OC's universe) is a specific one the rock alone doesn't do anything it's when it's bathed in a dragon's magical flame that it gets it's weird properties,no one knows the real purpose of them though. (Aside from some dragons)
