Are you aware that the swastikas are wrong? The outer lines are pointing left (counterclockwise), while the nazis used a version where they pointed right (clockwise). Really nice pic, though.
*sigh* Why did the nazis have such a cool emblem? And such stylish uniforms? Couldn't they dress as badly as they behaved?

The Nazis were the first group in society to use the symbol with a negative connotation. Prior to its adoption by the Nazi party, the swastika was a symbol of unity and personal empowerment. It's sad that its otherwise amazing history spanning so many cultures is lost to the fear the Nazi party created by using it. :-[

It's right NOW. He changed it when he coloured the picture. But I said that before the coloured version came out. The older, colourless version is still wrong. Go have a look at it, you'll see that I'm right. ;3

Well, some Nazi folk (and historians) might actually feel offended because you've drawn this sign MIRROR-INVERTED (and pretty asymmetrical, particularly on her suitcase)! http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9c/Naz... :P
And she looks pretty cute and yiffable! ;)

It's not just inverting, on her suitcase it's also that the outer arms are much too short to be symmetrical to the inner arms.
Talking about his recently directed opera "The damnation of Faust" by Berlioz, Terry Gilliam put it pretty well by saying that the Nazi swastika looks a lot like a brutal if successfull attempt of squaring the circle, just like they were brutally trying to beat "round" nature into a painful counter-natural "square". http://www.theartsdesk.com/index.php?option=com_k2&... Gilliam illustrates this by making da Vinci's Vitruvian Man the recurring motif in his staging of Berlioz's opera, and in the end Faust goes to Hell and is crucified upon a swastika by Mephistopheles as the "German Man".

You are so absolutely right! Don't let anyone tell you not to draw something, or not to submit it here! Censorship sucks ASS! You shouldn't censor yourself or your work. Keep up the good work! Thumbs up! I too know of the atrocities commited by those who wore these uniforms. So what? We should move on. The only consequence that crap should have is that we don't let something like that happen again. We have avoided their emblem for long enough now. Maybe too long. I support you (and other artists who would draw this kind of thing) as long you don't support the horrible ideology of the nazis. You don't do that, do you?
