Gem really didn't like the idea of being babysat. She was scared of strangers, she was scared of everything really, but she didnt want her mama to give her away to a girl she didnt even know. Kitsuno didn't mind. he thought the blue wolf babysitter was kind looking and pretty.
Nicole was happy to be getting a few hours without having to be on constant toddler alert, now she'd be able to get all the work done that had been mounting up. Gem started to whimper. A sure indication that she was about to reach critical mass and start screaming the place down.
