Here is the leader of the Penitatas Liberation Front and the reincarnation of Virtuoso.

Unlike Virt, he sees any group with Penitatas in them as slavers and attacks until either the group dies or they give up Penitatas and even then he might destroy them so that they will not hire anymore Penitatas.

He also sees Penitatas as an independent people who should be treated as such.

His biggest threat is the "Pussyfoot Clan", who has an escaped slave in their group (Trevon, who is a Penitatas) in their group after they rescued him.

Base belongs to it's rightful owner.

The ninja headband was found on the side of the road and he viewed it as a good omen and even put the golden crown in the flag.
