No the name and speedo are not glittery, the scanner just picked it up weird. Can add glitter if he requests but as for now its just markers. :)
Backed with blue marbled paper.

Also, yes I suck at hands. xD And first muscle fur ever for me! :D
Donno if you can tell or not but I got lazy and just drew this digitally, printed it out and then colored it. :3 Was a lot easier than using my PC as a lightbox and ruining 50 pages trying to get this right. lol But I did touch up some of the lines with my Multiliners.
