Background/History
Phil discovered a sunken treasure chest containing a beautiful orca pendant. Upon putting it around his neck, Phil transformed into an anthro orca!

Orca: Anthro, two hands with four fingers each, with webbing and claws, two feet with three toes each, with webbing and claws, large orca tail, dorsal fin on upper back, as well as other normal orca features.
