Looks like Phil found a fancy pendant during his excursions under the sea, and it looks pretty good on him!

Staring at his new glowing discovery suspiciously, Phil quickly transforms into an anthropomorphic orca!

His shredded gear now floating away, Phil instead chooses to enjoy his new form, maybe find a few more special pendants to share this gift with his friends ;)
