Did you ink with a Program, or another method?

My tablet was on the fritz (sudden driver issue) but I used Photoshop CS 4 Extended. If I scan it using my work scanner, you can usually see the pencil outlines too like "Tea of Doom" in my scraps section.

You don't ink using a speedball pen, and then after the ink dries, erase the pencil marks? That's what I did in my newest little sketch submission. I penciled something out when I was board, and then did some quick inking, and then erased over the ink and got all the pencil... But I prefer working on physical copies rather than using programs, that's why I don't really ever scan anything unless I feel like posting it. (I also can't fit my 30"x50" [or bigger] paintings on my scanner so...)

No, I need to go to the campus bookstore and buy some erasers. But, yeah, I have a tablet so I draw one of two ways:

1)Entirely digital.
2)Entirely traditional.

I sketch at work and use my work scanner on my lunch break and throw it on my USB drive for when I get home. I also sketch on computer paper. I have a sketchbook but until I buy a new battery for my camera, it's not going to be taking any pictures any time soon.

I prefer to ink using my PC, it's much cleaner and it looks better. This is resized, my original is around 4000x3000 pixels.

What's a speedball pen?

Where do you work?

I always have to resize everything I do. My dimensions are similar to yours usually (4000x3000p).

Speedball pens are the kinds of pens with exchangeable nibs that you dip in an inkwell. They are what all Traditional Manga artists use, and a lot of other people use them too. They are amazing if you practice using them, as it takes a while to get the technique down. Google Image "Speedball pen"... I'm sure you've seen them before.

You mean these? http://www.amazon.com/100192-Artist-Pen-Set/dp/B001QWU...

I work at a college as Data Entry in the Student Records department.

Ah, yes, well the price on the pens is quite reasonable. Too bad I can't ship anything for a while: I won't be home to get it.
