No not for a bust. That's just a simple pic to show differences between shadings. Since some people confused it with that XD I always do the sketch first for approval then we work on from that.
Uh... Not gonna question the prices but isn't Cell Shading easier then Soft shading, thus should be cheaper? XD I mean that's just me, but that sorta seems silly

While soft is mostly plop the colors down the cell shade I do that outer edge soft shading on them as well si that takes a bit more time to finish up if I wanna go into details a bit more.

4$ for a sketch & 8$ for a lineart? You're kidding, right? :D I mean, you can put various number with a $ sign next to it, but the question is: what kind of idiot one should be to pay at least 4-8$ for a pic? And what about the currency? Idk how expensive 4$ is for Americans, but here it's about same as paying 17 times of a city bus ticket, for example. One could sketch a decent pic himself while riding 17 buses whole day for that sum, lol. One should be a complete retard who never held a pencil & made a single line to pay money for a quick doodle... or he should be a rich bloke who has no free time on his hands, so he would pay whatever money is needed just so he can wank a couple of times on a pic before it starts looking boring. If I would ever commission you or someone, whether it's only 4$ or 40 or 80 (as how some put), the artist gonna be the most miserable person on the planet, obeying to whatever whine/caprice I might have during the drawing process & since I paid money for it, believe me, those will be endless to the point I'll be thinking that I should have just drawn it myself because the artist won't understand correctly all what/how I need in the pic anyway. Oh, and doesn't each artist draw in his own style? I have own characters I'm struggling with drawing, but in case they are drawn by someone else - it's impossible to get them in same style, proportions, etc how I see them, unless one would need to be me to better understand the object.
