Altador promised that he will take Kaza to the ball one day, and the prince is one that stay true to his words.
The prince had prepared a suitable clothing for the abra, as the ball won’t accept anyone who doesn’t have the best of clothings. It was a royal ball, and every nobles of the land ruled under king Arthur, Altador’s father, attended the ball.
Altador came in with Kaza in tow, earning many weird looks from the nobles. They whispered behind the prince’s back, saying that prince Altador will be the end of the Kingdom. First for failing to pick a mate to be presented on the ball, and second for bringing a lowly vassal with no ounce of royalty in his blood as dance partner.
But the prince ignored such distasteful murmur. Instead, Altador shut them up with something he and Kaza had done very well…
They owned the dance floor.
Altador and Kaza danced graciously, the music moved their body instead of the other way around. The two were in perfect synch, better than the others who danced with their proclaimed true love.
By the end of the music, both Kaza and Altador bowed to each other, and then to the audience.
Even thought nobody gave them applause. They know they had shut those noisy nobles for the night.
