Everything can be dangerous in excess but if you are just doing a regular coffee enema (8-16oz) you are looking at 200 to 400mg caffeine that hits you really quick compared to just drinking it the normal way. So that is a pretty safe bet especially if you dilate with water, hold for 15 mins and release. Caffeine is not nearly as dangerous as alcohol since you would need at least a gram of caffeine to really regret your actions.....or stop your heart. (At least according to google) Don't take my word for it...always research!

Well...really just because IB's tag for general said "No naked breasts or genitals, sex, or violence" which is does not have.
