Here is the third Diapered Celebrity from the Sega Saturn game Astal released back in 1995.
This is Astal, a human born from a jewel along with his partner Leda to create the world by the goddess Antowas and be the protector of Leda. After refusing to join him, an evil god Jerado created a warrior Geist to siege Leda and throw her into the sea. But Astal, in his attempt to save her, had to destroy the jewel of the sea. Because of this change of events, Antowas awoke and was furious with Astal and banished him in space chained to an asteroid. Leda though, feeling bad for Astal, gave him her jewel just before being sent their. After Astal was banished, Antowas went back to sleep, but trouble was to ensure later down the line.
story aside, Iv'e really grown to like this character a lot just because of how unique his is in his design and play style. For this picture, I figured I'd do like I did for NiGHTS and have him only wear the diaper since his whole outfit is just one big pair of jammies (They look like jammies to me) but since I also can't draw feet for shit, I figured "pull another NiGHTS" and draw him in socks. This one came out rather nice I think cause I also got more creative with the detail in his diaper, though I had to make it less thick on account of I wanted to be able to show off his legs in the picture with his pose which in turn turned out pretty good I think.
He's all like "What on Quartilia is this around my waist?" After all, he was created at this age and not a baby ever.
