This is Miko.

She's a human-turned-cat-woman, and according to the bio I've written for her, after her transformation, she was taken in and eventually adopted by the Starpaw family, whose crest is on that banner in her hand.

Hence, the title. ^^;

Anyway, this is kinda old, about 1-3 months. sketched at some hospital because I had nothing else to do without my laptop... ._.;
