Ozzie doesn't need FOY water to regress, but he still likes using it from time to time. ^^ Sometimes when Ozzie is in his adult form and starts to worry too much, Tavi will sneak some FOY water into his bottle to calm him down. Hehe, of course, Ozzie would likely be wearing 2XL or 3XL pants instead of mediums when adult. X3
