Wedding Party

Since the wedding ceremony has finished already, everyone headed to the ballroom where the party is being held.

*Inside the ballroom~*

“This is a nice place, love,” said William to his lovely bride. Julie looked at him and smile softly. “Thanks, love,” said Julie.

The ballroom was well decorated. There were tables in one section and grand dance floor in the other. The tables were covered in a nice white tablecloth with a nice design in the ends. There were white flowers in the center of each table. Up to four people could sit at a table. The dance floor was  pretty large. The floor was made of marble and a huge yet nice chandelier was hanging at the center of the dance floor. Everything was really elegant and wonderful.

“Lets sit,” said William as he lead Julie to the table that was for the bride and groom. “Sure,” said Julie. William, like the gentleman he is, made sure Julie sat down first before he did. Soon, the ballroom was filled with people, who are celebrating with happiness. People were either eating, talking, or dancing to the music provided by a DJ, who was in the center of the dance floor. Some people took turns in congratulating the married couple and giving them wedding gifts. After a while, it was time for the bride and groom to have their first dance as a married couple. The DJ played “Turning Page” by Sleeping at Last. William took his wife’s hand and lead her to the dance floor.

As soon as the reached the center of the dance floor, William bowed to his wife. “May I have this dance?” he asked. Julie smiled and nodded. “Of course, love,” she said. William smiled and took Julie’s hand with one hand and placed his other hand on her waist. Julie placed her other hand to his shoulder. They started to slow dance to the music. As they dance, they stared at each other’s eyes. William stared at her ocean blue eyes while Julie stared at his emerald green eyes. Julie knew in heart that she finally found someone she could trust and love forever. She never knew that her soulmate could ever be her childhood friend since at first, she liked William as a friend. Luckily, that friendship turned into something more; it blossomed into love. For William, he was happy to have met Julie. She’s his whole world. Without her, he feels as his heart would be missing a part of it; a part of something he could cherish and love forever. As the song ended, Julie put her hands around his neck and gave him a loving kiss. William was surprised at first, but quickly kissed back with the same amount of passion. Everyone started clapping and cheering. They soon broke the kiss and looked around to see everyone while smiling at them.

Soon, it was time for the bride to throw her bouquet of flowers. Julie waited for all the single ladies to gather closed to her. She saw her friends and smiled at them. She turned around so she wouldn’t face them. Julie counted to three and tossed her bouquet to them. Everyone gasped, and she turned around. The one who caught the flowers was no other than June. Julie looked surprised, but smiled at June, who was blushing like crazy.

“June,” said Julie as she walked up to her, “Congratulations! You caught my bouquet.”

June looked at her and smiled. “Yeah, I guess I did,” she said.

Eddy soon appeared and looked at June. “Congrats,” he said, “So, who’s the lucky guy?” June blushed so much that her face looked almost like a cherry. “What?!” she exclaimed. “I-I don’t know!” “I’m just kidding,” said Eddy while he was laughing a little, “Yeesh, you overreact a lot.” June made a pout face. Julie giggled a little. “Okay, enough joking around,”she said. “Okay, Julie. Whatever you say,” said Eddy. He looked at June and smiled softly. “Sorry for teasing you,” he said. June looked at him for while and smiled. “Okay, apology accepted,” she said. They both hugged each other. Julie smiled at them.

Stephanie appeared with Rachel and Cassie. “Hey guys,” said Stephanie. “Hello,” said Julie. “Your husband is waiting for you,” said Rachel. “Oh, okay. Thanks,” said Julie as she headed to her husband.

“Hi,” said William as he saw Julie walking to him. “Hello,” said Julie as she smiled at her mate. “It’s time to cut the cake,” said William. His wife nodded and they headed to where the cake was. The cake is a three layered white cake made of three milks. It was neatly decorated. They waited for everyone to gather around, and then they both held the knife together and cut the cake. June and Pablo helped them pass the cake around to everyone.

As soon as everyone finished eating the cake, the party went on. Everyone is having a great time.  Then, Pablo stood up from his seat.

“Attention everyone. Attention,” he said as everyone got quiet and looked at him. “Thank you.” Pablo turned his attention to the married couple. “Today is a very special day for every one of us. Today’s the day my beloved sister got married to the man of her dreams. Not only that, but both Ocean Kingdom and Sky Kingdom are officially one whole kingdom!” As he said that, everyone started clapping and cheering. “I wish good luck to the our new kingdom and to the new married couple. May you both find happiness and love in every path you take.”

Julie smiled and a felt tears coming out of her eyes. Pablo walked up to them and hugged Julie in a loving yet tight hug. Julie hugged back with the same amount of love. After they broke apart, Pablo went to hug William in a manly hug while June, Eddy, and all of their friends went to them to hug them as well. They all joined into a big group hug.

Soon, the married couple’s parents appear and everyone bowed. Julie and William hugged their parents. The party continued and before you know it, it was time for the married couple to leave. However, June wanted to tell Julie something.

“Hey Julie!” said June. Julie looked at her. “Hello, June. What is it?” “Well, I want to tell you something,” said June. Julie looked a little confused, but nodded. “Sure,” said Julie. They walked into a corner so no one could hear them. “Okay. What is it you wanted to tell me?” asked Julie. June looked at her a little excited. “Well, I was talking to the girls and we were wondering  if, um, you know…,” said June. Julie looked at her and tilted her head a little. “If I what…?” she asked. June blushed a little and looked at Julie in the eyes. “If you’re having a wedding night?” asked June. Julie blinked at her while her face slowly turned into a deep shade of red. “W-what?! I-I don’t know! Maybe?” she said in a nervous tone. June giggled. “Well, in CASE you do, then you should tell him how you feel about doing THAT. I mean, this IS your first time, right?” June asked. Julie blushed more and nodded. “Yes. It is,” she said softly.

Before June could say something, William suddenly appeared. “Hey,” he said softly. Julie blushed a little and and couldn’t help but to avoid eye contact. “Hi, William,” she said softly. William looked at both of them curiously. “Is everything okay here?” he asked. June nodded. “Of course. We were just talking about things that only girls would know. Right Julie?” asked June. Julie quickly nodded and looked at William. “Yeah. Don’t worry, love. Everything’s okay.” William smiled at Julie. “Okay, if you say so. I just wanted to tell you that it’s time to go.” Julie nodded. “Okay then.” Julie hugged June in a goodbye hug. “Have fun,” whispered June softly in her ear, causing Julie to blush.

Julie and William waved goodbye to everyone and went outside to their carriage. They got on and the carriage went on its way. Julie looked outside nervously.

“Where are we going?” she asked. “You’ll see,” said William.

The party is now over. However, something might happened once they reached their destination….

Julie the Hedgehog, William the Cat, Pablo the Hedgehog, Stephanie the Hedgehog, Rachel the Fox, Cassie the Cat, etc. all belong to me,

June the Hedgehog and Eddie the Hedgehog both belong to my nice friend:[iconname]AnimeXtremex[/iconname]

I don't own the song "Turning Page". The song belongs to its rightful owners. I also don't have anything to do with Sleeping at Last.

Enjoy!~
