Created right after Candace, Suki is a loyal special operative for Rachel, based on the same physical frame as Candace but with a different set of skills, and a "reprogrammed" personality with none of Sally's memories. Her stealth skills are matched only by Espio the Chameleon's (the bitchin' armor helps), and... somewhat true to her name, she is top of the class in the dubious art of fellatio.
