Kaiju Galvatron was resurrected from the corpse of a unidentified grey kaiju who supposedly died fighting a big red and blue kaiju. He had implants and stuff put in him by "Unicron corporation" who wanted to use him to generate money and learn off his body. They put a control device in his head to make sure he behaved and followed orders. He got into a fight with another kaiju on his first outing though and was tossed into a volcano. He survived but the device is now buried in his brain and makes him unpredictable and impossible to control. It causes him pain but also grants the ability to electrify his own body.
Cyclonus comes from a race of space-travelling birds. He pulled Galvatron out of the Volcano out of curiosity. Is somewhat approachable but will react with great force if upset/provoked. Makes energy pulses with wings.... probably.
