A Valentines Day commission for my loving fox drawxne by sabretoothedermine who did a wonderful job.

"There we go."
Donovan couldn't help but smile as he heard the buckle click in place, leaning back on the couch to admire what sat before him.
Marcus was blushing some, the fox reaching up to run his fingers along the blue leather collar that was now wrapped snugly around his throat. Putting on a brave face he held his head up high and proud, showing off the collar. "How do I look, Dan?"
The wolf sitting next to him smile and leaned in, kissing his mate softly on the lips. "Beautiful, as always."
Marcus murred into the kiss, breaking it after a long moment. With a playful chuckle he tugged on the black leather harness Donovan was wearing. "I'm really glad my present fit you. Makes you look even more sexy." He laughed again, but it quickly trailed off, and his cheeks burned an even deeper red. "I, uh, have one last gift for you..."
Donovan blinked a few times, turning just as red. "Really? Because I, well... I have one for you too."
Both males swallowed hard as they reached behind their respective ends of the couch, and at the same time presented a small ring box wrapped in red ribbon to the other with a hasty and embarrassed, "Happy Valentine's Day!"
A few minutes later, after all the presents had been opened, Marcus was leaning against Donovan, his head on the wolf's muscular arm as he admired the ring his lover had gotten him. "Oh Dan, I don't know what to say..."
Donovan smiled and affectionately nuzzled the top of Marcus's head, still holding the ring box that Marcus had given him. "I can think of three words."
Marcus looked up at him, gazing into his eyes with a warm smile. "I love you."
"As I love you."
