The Attack of Cyrus had caught Joe's arm and bind him to the wall, but the wolf can't use his heat fist or psychical attacks to get at Cyrus. But it's at least Joe's worry as something about to happen.
"Damn! I can't believe I got caught by this shit!" growling, and leering toward his foe that bind him and holding him in place with a strange ability that the rat is able conjure.
"Awww... what's wrong? Is the little lad have his hands tied up?" said smirking, and cocky rat as he seems to be holding a orb of light, over-flowing with energy.

as thus saying so, Cyrus has shove his hand on Joe's muzzle, begins to chant a spell in a language not known, as the pup was silenced by the grip while his body is undergoing a strange sensation as like his powers are fading and leaving him.
An moment passed, and Cyrus had finished his ritual and pulled out a red light out of Joe's body, and the pup started to feel weaken, and powerless.
"And There we go! All out of your body."happy, and smirking the rat does as then Joe started to fall down to the ground.
"What... I... Fe..feel so..... weak" as Joe fell flat to the ground. as he tries to move, but his body was sore, weaken, and numb, as he looks up to the rat, seeing that he's holding the red fire that he took from Joe.
"What... h..hh..ave you done to.. me?.." As Joe ask, Cyrus has smiles and laughs as responds to Joe's question.
"Oh. I just simply removed your starter essence from your spirit, and now you're nothing but a mutt that only bark.. and I'll take my time breaking you. and making you into my personal slave."
While the rat responds with a cocky remark, the necklace emitting a shadow that's slowly reaching down to Joe, as it's easier with the wolf's powers gone.

"No... Stay Back! I don't want to a slave! No!!!" as the last moment of free will, and speech, Cyrus shouts to Joe.
"You're mine now! Accept your fate!" The shadow reached Joe's mind, and his vision blacks out as the last words from Cyrus echoes, as Joe is lost.
