Who is this mysterious ranger?

Some people think she is the embodiment of evil while other says that she was once the great leader of the Squeakers that Mia disbanded after Kashina left.

Whoever she is she claims to be a Van Shire, a race of cats whose planet was destroyed by Rederick the Terrible, an evil lizard ninja warlord who runs the Rederick Crew (not disbanded because they had no association with the Mousie Clan), and has a somewhat familiar aura that only a few can sense.

It's Virtuoso.

Her story is after the Squeakers were disbanded she went on a self imposed exile from Banta and came across a group of Van Shire Rangers and was trained by Alexander, the leader of the Rangers and one of the surviving adults from the destruction of their home planet.
