What's Shadow planning? O.o

I had A LOT of fails in the last page (#05)
1.- Sonic was in the rain so he's wet, isn't he?
2.- The hell with the mope?! Changes colors to red to gray!

And so sorry but sometimes I can't draw backgrounds but that isn't so important for me (important things are story and characters :D)
