As the title says... With a touch of Fallout just because I didn't have any better idea at the moment.

What else can I say?
Tried fully digital painting in a way I would work with traditional tools, took me roughly 8-10 hours which is quite much for a pic of this quality. It was fun, but also frustrating if you completely lack the experience the way I do. :)
