Well, the next few days are going to suck.

I might need some advice on this.  It seems that one of my teeth are starting to break apart.  Sadly to the point of nearly wanting to fall off.  The problem is, my gums are still too attached to actually pull out.  What do I do?  Cut off quick by floss and endure the pain, try to find something to dull the pain even though Anbesol didn't work, or try to endure it naturally?  Because trying to close my mouth now will still have a sharp pain shooting through.

*Lousy bad teeth*

They will fall out naturally, however if the pain is to much go to the dentist. My advice is naturally.

Ibuprofen, sensodyne & strong mouthwash?
That's all I had for the last few years for my shattered ingrown wisdom teeth, fucking dentists want a new cars worth of money to do anything about this. So all I can do is wait for the sepsis to kick in eventually. Though this mostly worked so far.

Mouthwash actually did help out.  I felt a couple more pieces break off from using it. I do have Ibuprofen so I hope it helps.

When my tooth started rotting out I had to get it pulled. They shot me up with Novocain, drilled it in half and then pulled out both halves. I got this done in an emergency dentist wing so you could probably get something sorted out if you had at least basic health care. Don't quote me on that, though.

I do have dental, but the thing is, it's not a wisdom tooth.  From what I got from a roommate of mine, they won't even help out if they act on an impacted tooth.
