Question for Fur Racing rookies.

For those of you joining mid-season, would you prefer to wait until both your car AND pit crew designs are done before entering a race, or would you be okay with using the default design for a week or two?

For reference, here's what a custom one looks like:

I ask because there are currently two drivers with cars ready to go, but the pit crews WILL NOT be done by Sunday's race. I just don't have the time.
