That is correct, TNSC's Free ZZN based webmail service will be discontinued by the ZZN servers. They are trying to force all users to pay for accounts when users have millions of choices in FREE e-mail services that offer a whole lot more than ZZN ever has.
But fret not, we already had a backup partner in place, since we were aware co-branding e-Mail services for free can be hard to do.
Our new e-Mail service partner is mY-sYte, and they offer 1 GB of storage for all FREE accounts, plus you can attach files up to 25 MB! (A whole lot better than 10MB of storage.)
Other features include: Web 2.0 Interface - Your e-mail interface is oddly similar to reader services like Outlook. A personal calendar and address book (the address book is handy yo...) Inbox folders and e-Mail filing just like in Outlook. Spam and Virus Filtering
Now they are ad-based, but they do NOT read your e-mails to target ads in your direction. (Take that Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft)
And since they are partnered with TNSC - not a co-brand - your email address will be something like USER@my-syte.com
We will be updating our site-wide menu to reflect this change, and encourage users to switch to mY-sYte soon. (Users who have a TNSC ZZN Account may login at http://tnsc.zzn.com to setup a Vacation Reply to alert friends of the change.)
--TNSC Will Have e-Cards again!--
The TNSC e-Card service went poof on us several months ago, we have been working to restore the service and found a better option. It will take just a bit more time for us to set things up, since users can now submit images and sounds to be used as e-Cards on TNSC. This update will be rolled out with the site-wide menu changes for TNSC Mail as well.
