Greetings all. I know I don't fave much here, but I comment and watch frequently.
Some of you may know me as Legion_beast on FA, and true to that, that is my main page.
I'm also on Sofurry under the name of Daneasaur.
Anyway, FA has been having this shitty problem that is affecting some strange connectivity issue with servers. Most people don't notice anything other then FA running slow.
However, there are people, like myself, who get about 5 minutes of functionality before I lose connection with the server for over 10 minutes.
I've taken that time to make a journal or two, but I can hardly comment, much less view submissions.
Anyway, FA is my primary hub of interaction, but until this shit is cleared up, I can't really do much there.
If you are familiar with Legion_beast, then by all means, leave me some comments here, send me a note, whathaveyou.
Yes yes, I'm aware of the whole "HISSS! FA is EVIL!" stuff, believe me, I've been in that battlefield and seen what goes on.
Fact is, FA was the first place I started doing things in the fur community where I began making real friends. In the end, I'm okay with dealing with some shit, so long as at the end of the day, I can go back to those friends, I'm happy.
Anyway, Currently, the issue seems to be that FA's host got the brilliant idea to run the connection to FA through about 2 or 3 OTHER server connections before reaching FA's server.
This has caused slowdown and, in other cases, full on blockage of the site completely as these other servers are made of shit and lose.
The connection issues are worldwide and not restricted to any specific internet provider.
TL:DR: if you know Legion_beast on FA, talk to me HERE, because I'm Legion_beast from FA.
