On Animation and Commissions

Heh, man, sometimes when it rains it pours. Not only have I received some interest in digital painting commissions, but I also have a little summer project cooking up too - tho possibly MORE than a summer project depending on how much work I've laid down for myself. I figured that it might be a good idea to spend some time doing a solo animation to help build up my resume and portfolio, whether it's for an application to CalArts or a job application! Not much I can really say about it right now, other than with this project in the wings I'll have to reduce my commission slots for the time being.

To that end, I'm going to reduce my number of available commission pool slots from five to three. I figure this way it would allow me to budget more time for the animation work, though I will also make efforts to try and do the commission work concurrently with it. I may also want to ask that commissioners not ask for really elaborate or long-term projects for the time being, as it may clash with the major animation effort of my own. <_<

Here's a revised commission pool, with just three slots rather than five:

> Ayn Blackfox: silly animated thingy (on hold)
> Seifier Saltarez: two character digital color piece (DONE!)
> Storm Gryphon: complex digital painting piece (planning)

Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding on this! Oh, and if you want to, I will accept donations aimed towards the animation work I'll be doing, although I will say that the content of the animation will not be either erotic or furry...sorry. x_x
