Mephiles returns?
~Sonic's Pov~
We arrived at Eggmans old base that lies in the ruins of the deep jungle.
"Were here."
"Yeah..."
"Let's go find Rouge."
I followed Shadow to wherever he was going. Thinking about the dream as it echoed inside my head.
"You reside in darkness...."
"You will cause chaos and
ruin to this planet!"
"Chaos?"
"Hey faker
snap out of it!"
"Huh?...."
I began to feel dizzy until I passed out into Shadows arms.
~Shadow's Pov~
"He fainted?" Questioned Shadow.
"Shadow!"
"Oh Rouge!"
Rouge ran up to me panting for breath as she tried to warn me.
"Get-Get him out of here.
Now."
"What why?"
"He's in danger you idiot!"
I grabbed my chaos emerald but before I could try to escape with Sonic and Rouge the chaos emerald somehow vanished.
"What?"
"How pathetic
that you would'
even try to escape
and take away my vessel."
"That voice!
Mephiles!"
I held the blue hedgehog in my arms as Rouge held onto mine.
"What do you mean
vessel?"
"It doesn't matter
Sonic's power belongs
to me. And if I can't
kill the hedgehog...
why not take his will
hostage?"
"You wouldn't dare!"
"Shadow...."
I heard Sonic call out my name but he was still sleeping.
"The poor thing...
Let me take care
of him."
"Never!'
"Oh?
Will this will
be interesting.
I thought you never
cared about him."
Mephiles sat his cold eyes on Sonic as he approached us. Me and Rouge backed away but the demon came closer.
"Rouge think
you can fly us
out of here?"
"I'll try
but my wings
are still injured
during our last mission."
"Damn. Then
I guess were trapped."
Suddenly the demon froze in place but there was a green hue around him.
"Silver?"
"Looks like I made it
in time."
"Come on Rouge
let's go!"
"Chaos control!" Yelled Silver.
"NO!
I will have you!"
~Shannon's Pov~
I heard Isamu yell at my door but I still mad him.
"Come on Shannon...
What happened
this morning was
an accident.
I didn't know Clair
was on me.
I swear!
Clair........"
"Why don't
you go jump
off a cliff!?"
"Shannon please
let me in!"
I sighed and opened the door and saw that Clair was gone.
"Come back in...
But if I see Clair
one more time
your getting your
ass whooped by me!"
"Don't worry
I told her to leave."
"Oh good."
Later we both were a sleep and I could hear Isamu talk out loud.
"Mmmm.
Chili dogs are yummy......."
"Okaaaaaaaaay?"
I finally had closed my eyes and I had fallen to sleep myself.
