The Paypal really hate me, and now I hate paypal too, this site likes give me problem. This time something strange happened and the site limited my account. I cannot withdraw or transfer money and ask me for a credit card, but I dont have the card because in my country you cannot have credit card if you is a freelancer, if you dont have a "Worker Document"
