I've received some upsetting news today.

DMajorBoss

lost a battle with cancer. I barely knew him, but I'm still feeling a sense of loss, I guess because I consider you all a part of my family. It's not easy when we lose one.

I dug through my past journals, and in his honor, I'll leave these encouraging words from him.

He was a good friend of mine to for over a year.

We all miss him, but he's in a better place ;;

awwwww i am so sorry to hear of his loss.........he faught a battle with a terrible opponent but i am sure he gave that cancer what for

those we love never truely leave us so never forget that

I'm afraid that I'm so afraid of loss that I have a hard time forming any real relationships. It's terrible to hear about someone's passing, and believing that there is an afterlife as I do doesn't make it any easier.

Oh I see. Maybe a little easier, but probably not much. I couldn't imagine not believing in an afterlife, myself.

Loss 'n' stuff, I guess. I dunno...coping seems to be a strong point with him as far as I've seen.

*hugs* Thanks. Someone I wanted as a mate committed suicide some time last year. Still haven't quite gotten over that, but, if I can cope with that, I can cope with this.
