This morning I woke up late for class. No time to shower I got dressed and headed out the door, until I saw my car had the passenger side door smashed. Glass everywhere, glove box was open, visors were down. Leather coat, gloves, spare headlight bulbs, and spare change. Gone!.
I was very heartbroken about this. To make matters worst I broke my phone, so I am running around looking for a cellphone to borrow to call Spiked and the Cops. The cops took their sweet time... a hour later, and filled out a report.
Luckily the car is insured, and as I am typing this the window is getting repaired. Also they didn't take my CDs because they are all burned copies of the originals. I had a feeling I should burned copies a logn time ago just in case something like this were to happen. On top of that I am happy they left the radio alone, which is why I assume this was a quick smash'n'grab.
There are homeless and poor bums around here. A block away, there are beggers that keep asking for spare change. Not surprising there is a thief amongst them.
It sucks but, I am not to worried.
