So it is once again the day of fools' cheer. And once again, I'm left wondering why.
I can understand a joke or harmless prank, but some people don't understand what's too far. I know I don't, so I don't partake. But I found out that someone decided it would be "funny" to let the air out of my mate's tires (or possibly slash them) earlier today.
This isn't even a holiday, yet everyone seems to treat it as an excuse to either terrify or make horrible jokes! The whole thing was just a single day that people happened to use for jokes and jollies, but has turned into a mockery of such as far as I can see.
I'm not saying the idea of a day to let up on unnecessary seriousness is a bad thing, but I also don't think we should bother waiting for a specific day to relax and not take every little thing so serious. But then again, that's just my opinion.
[EDIT] While it turns out to have just been a faulty pin for my mate, my point still stands. There are assholes out there that think letting the air out of someone's tires is "funny"
