Now that we are in the final stages of testing and only weeks away from launching, we'd like you all to invite up to 5 friends to join Inkbunny Beta.

If you'd like to ask anyone to join, please tell them you're on Inkbunny and would like to invite them too. Remember to tell them they need to email me and say who invited them for their account to be fully activated.

You are invited to Beta test a new project called Inkbunny, which is an online art community that allows members to share artwork for free (just like FurAffinity, DeviantArt, etc) but also allows print and digital sales.

You set up an account and then Inkbunny does the rest, taking customer payments and providing them with the prints or digital downloads automatically. All you have to do is sit back and get paid!

Digital sales allow you to sell online versions of comics, portfolios, etc. It works by automatically giving customers download links (PDF, ZIP, etc) that only they can access once they have paid. How do we stop piracy? We don't, because nobody can. We believe a new philosophy is needed to sell artwork successfully in a world where piracy is impossible to stop. The truth is that customers will buy artwork even when they can get it for free. But you'll have to come join us to see what that's all about!

Print sales are for single images/pinups only at this stage (just like DeviantArt does it) and ship from a print provider in the USA. We are currently looking for providers for Europe, Asia and Australia to help cut down shipping costs to those areas.

Inkbunny has been in development for about 9 months and has reached the Beta stage. This Beta release is Private, which means we are inviting a select few guests to try it out before we open the floodgates and let the wild world onto the site. We expect the public launch to occur very soon.

You have been chosen as one of the first few to get an Inkbunny account and try the Beta! We would love to have you come and try the new board out, and give us feedback. We are constantly improving the site and there is still quite a bit of cosmetic work to do on the interface before the public launch day. Please take a look and let us know what you love and what you hate about the Interface and features.

This is also a great time to get your account set up and artwork uploaded so you are one of the first artists displaying work on Inkbunny when it launches. The early days will be a great time to make print and digital sales as there will be very little competition! If you have new comics, portfolios, art CDs (for download) or images that are hi res and suitable for print, we suggest getting them into the system now ready for launch day.

Even if you don't plan to sell anything through Inkbunny, we think the new site has a lot to offer artists just wanting to share their work for free. It has all the features you expect from sites like FA and dA, and a lot of new ones! So come and try it out!

1. Go to https://inkbunny.net/

Site access requires a site password to get in the first time. This comes up as soon as you go to the address above. When asked, enter:
Username: inkbunny
Password: inkbunny123

Please DO NOT give these access details to anyone else.

2. Create a new account for yourself.

3. When you first log in with your new account you won't have access to many of the features (like post, comment, etc). You need to email admin@inkbunny.net your username once you sign up. We will then activate your ability to post, comment, etc. This is all disabled by default for new accounts in case the access details get leaked.

3. Once I reply that your account is fully active, you can start using Inkbunny! Feel free to set up your account and upload images, browse the site as it grows and generally try things out. Remember that this is "for real" now. Purchases are real. Anything you do or upload will be there for the official public launch. So no screwing around! The real rules apply from this day forward. :P
