So, I am close to finishing my second week of a new workout program I started. I moved away from home last year to a new city. When I moved I was in 'alright' shape. Today I worked out so hard that I threw up all the water I drank (Gross, I know). I know it's working, I can already see a difference and I usually feel great for the entire day after working out... maybe I'll post the before and after photos XD. Anyway, what does everyone else think about working out, if you do, tell me what you do and if it's helping or not!
