How much do you guys consider a 'chapter' to be? About how many words? How many paragraphs? How many pages?
Or is it more about the content? If so, how do you judge when a chapter is done?
Moreover, for authors who do commissions and those who commission authors, what are your rates, generally? What do you charge/pay for a standard 'chapter' of work?
