Every time I hear someone talking about a song that describes their life perfectly…
I’m just like…
It’s supposed to.
Most songs are purposefully written vaguely enough that they can be interpreted in such a way that anyone can relate to them.
Pretty much EVERYONE has, has had, or will have relationship problems at some point.
Pretty much EVERYONE feels, has felt, or will feel any and all emotions you could possibly write a song about at some point.
Pretty much EVERYONE goes through the motions of life and society throughout their existence.
Regardless of how specific the lyrics of that song may sound to your specific situation, it most likely wasn’t written for you or about you.
Thinking otherwise is kind of egotistical.
It’s kind of annoying.
