Old ideas coming back

After watching Ralloonx's ( [link] ) stream where I caught a glimpse of her doodling on a Gargoyle character I have been thinking about my old Miami Clan(s). I am starting to wonder if I should bother resurrecting them.

My whole thought behind the two clans was originally based on Romeo and Juliette, only with a happier ending. The two clans were once one until a betrayal split them. No one knows who the betrayer was.

Twilight Night Clan:
Dawn
Sunny
Apollo (pet)
Cloud
Sky

Card Carrying Clan:
Uncle Joker
Ace
Dues
Diamond
Spade
King

No longer living: Luna and Nyx

Dawn is the self proclaimed leader of the Twilight Night clan, while King is the leader of the Card Carrying clan. Uncle Joker is the liaison between the two as he is the oldest and wisest of both clans.

Dawn is Sunny's older sister. After their parents were betrayed and killed Dawn decided to take her baby brother and a handful of loyal gargoyles from the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens to the slums (Hialiah). They live in empty halfway houses, and thrive off what they can steal from humans, food, cable TV, internet.

Sunny, being just a baby when his and Dawn's parents were killed is optimistic about the two clans being able to become one again some day. He sees new reports and hears rumors from humans about a Gargoyle clan that lives in New York, and one day hopes to meet them.

Secretly Dawn has been seeing King's son, Ace, behind everyone's backs. The two of them were both fond of each other before the betrayal, and still keep up with romantic rendezvous. Ace believes that Dawn's parents were betrayed rather then it being claimed as an accident. He often times tries to convince her to rejoin the main clan, but Down refuses. "Not as long as the Gargoyle who betrayed my parents is still there," she says.
