I'm an illustrator with years of experience drawing and studying art, currently also studying graphic design. My English is basic, so please be patient if I need a little extra time to understand or reply, feel free to use simple sentences or a translator if needed.

Client Treatment

Respect and kindness above all, in both directions.
I do not tolerate discrimination, phobia, violence, or harassment toward any user.
Hateful or aggressive comments will be removed and the user blocked.
What I draw may not match everyone's taste, but it's fictional artwork, no one is harmed in its creation. I ask for the same respect I give to others' preferences.

Age Verification

I do not work with minors. Since I have no way to verify age, I assume anyone contacting me is an adult.

Payments

Payments are accepted in US dollars via PayPal, or in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, or ETH preferred).
Crypto payments must be made in full, no partial/50% option available for crypto.
Full payment is required in advance before I start the commission.
For larger commissions paid via PayPal, a 50% upfront payment can be arranged at the client's request. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished, before the final file is sent, WIP previews are shown as screenshots only.
All payments are final. No refunds once a commission has started.

Unpaid Balance Policy

The high-resolution final file is only delivered once payment is complete.
If the remaining balance isn't paid, the finished piece will not be published or used anywhere.
After one month with no payment, the file will be permanently deleted.

Commission Requests

Requests are accepted only through a note on the website or Discord.
Visual references are required. If no references are provided and I need to design the character from scratch (including general character design, clothing, and accessories), a 15% fee is added to the total commission cost for the extra work involved.
WIPs are sent as notes at four stages: sketch, line art, color, and shading.
Major changes (pose, composition, etc.) can only be requested during the sketch stage, or at the latest during line art. Once color has started, no changes to the drawing itself will be made, however, adjustments to color and shading choices can still be discussed.
I do not do freebies, art trades, or free requests.

References & Content

Both SFW and NSFW references are accepted.
I'm generally open to most themes, including fetish content, but please ask before requesting, each case is reviewed individually. I reserve the right to decline any request without needing to explain why.
Photographic references of real minors in erotic or NSFW poses are never accepted, under any circumstance.

Commercial Use

Commissions are for personal use by default.
For larger commercial projects (comics for other platforms, game assets, etc.), pricing is discussed separately and differs from the standard rate sheet.

Copyright

I retain the copyright of the illustration itself. Clients are paying for personal use of the artwork, not ownership of it.
If you repost or share the piece, please credit me.
For characters I design myself (character design, clothing, accessories, etc.), the client has full freedom to use that design however they like.

Delivery

Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
This may extend in case of personal or health issues, I'll notify you privately if that happens.

Work Privacy

I accept both public and private commissions.
For public commissions, I decide which pieces get posted to my account.
