I seem to have trouble sleeping....

For the desired amount of time at least. I've been going to sleep earlier (~10:30-11:30)PM and waking up at ~2:30AM consistently. Sometimes I can get back to sleep, others (like this instance) I can't. SO, I'm just wondering if you folks have any suggestions

Sometimes I just kind of stop doing things about a half an hour before I sleep. No phone, no net, no music. Just kinda sit there and relax yourself. :3
