I read the TOS and as I'm much less fluent in Murican Politically Correctese than English I feel it might be more specific about what's "offensive" or "hate speech, group or symbol". (More and more interesting traditional symbols are getting declared politically incorrect. Even humble ⌘ is threatened...)

That said... are you sure about the AI bit in the ToS? I mean I get it obviously! But maybe some clarification like 'Staff reserves the right to define 'AI generated' within the context of this website for the purpose of conflict resolution.', since the ToS says '... or partially AI generated' and there are a bunch of common tools embedded in art software that use fundamentally similar technology to full generative AI.
Oh and there's a small typo: 'viewr' instead of 'viewer' under section 3.
