I mostly come here to IB for my furry art fix, but I also go to FurAffinity for some artists who either aren't here or primarily post over on FA.
But lately, I've just been bombarded with security verification on FA. I go to the main page, have to verify I'm not a bot. Log in, verify again. Check my submission page, verify again. Open the art I want to look at in a new tab, verify every single time. If I favorite, verify every single time again. Delete all notifications when I've checked all the new art that interests me, and I get stuck in an infinite verification loop.
And the site itself no longer has any sort of background. Blank white background, pictures, and things to click, like log in, check submissions and journals, log out, all of the usual stuff.
I get wanting security for a website, but good grief, having to verify I'm not a bot literally every time I go anywhere or do anything on FA makes the site unappealing, and an infinite loop where I click the checkbox only to be taken to another checkbox would make me want to delete my account there, but I don't know if trying to do so would get me stuck in another loop.
Is it just me, the security they went with, or is it possibly my old phone? Is it happening to anyone else?
